This could happen if the payment gateway is still holding your funds and has not credited them to the company's account. Once the funds are credited to the company's account, your account will be created, and you will be notified by email. Otherwise, the payment gateway will refund your funds in accordance with their policies.

This may occur if your funds are held by the payment gateway/bank. The refund will be processed in accordance with the bank's/payment gateway's policies and procedures.
